The Luciana Spring Mascarin Bursary

The Luciana Spring Mascarin Bursary Program was established in April 1993 in memory of this young girl who truly loved to learn.

Just months before her passing, Luciana wrote her autobiography which offers “an insight into the thoughts of a really sweet girl. After the time she ended her autobiography, she had several more surgeries. She died February 19, 1991. Because she lived, and the difference she made in peoples lives that knew her, she continues to help others.” (Betty A. Mascarin)
